Early start as I did not want to miss the best of the wind. Rigged the 7.0 with the Sonic to start off with. Water was pretty choppy as the tide was running against the wind which made sailing the slalom board pretty exciting. It was soon put to an end when I had a major crash and boke a batten in the sail. I also seem to have given myself wiplash as well as my whole neck and shoulders are really painfull. Still managed to get 31.9 knots on the GPS.
Come in and rigged the 5.8 with the evo and had some really good fun sailing all over the esturary. Sailing the evo after the slalom board almost feels as though the world has slowed down but all good fun with some practice 360's and all types of gybes.

All in all a good day out except for the knackered neck.
